Jason,

I’m glad you brought this up, because this has been concerning me as well. I don’t know if you have, but if you look back to the earliest poems I posted here, in my opinion, they were much sharper, fiercer, had better images, and were more imaginative than what I’m writing now.

I don’t know what to do about this. Honestly. I have no method. I wake up. I pop some VA speed, drink coffee, smoke cigarettes and the poems write themselves. Really. A day after I’ve written them, I’ve forgotten them. I can’t even remember the titles. They are just channeled.

I don’t know when this stylistic change began. It just did. I’m hoping it will change back, because I don’t know how to consciously do that. We’ll see.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious.
