So many current political/social terms (feminist/progressive/etc.) are so vague that you wonder if the debasement of language isn’t some sort of conspiracy.

My favorite is intersectional. You can attach it as an adjective to any noun and get something that looks impressive, but means nothing other than the noun is connected to something else. Or, as intersectionality, it can be used as a stand alone noun, which means nothing because it isn’t connected to anything. Kimberlé Williams Crenshaw gets into the Orwell Newspeak Hall Of Fame for pulling that rabbit out of her ass.

Of course, I’m a Cylon and member of The Illuminati so I know there are no conspiracies.
