To me, poetry is not therapy. Therapy is passive. Poetry is active. Therapy is being. Poetry is acting. It allows me to act any number of parts speaking different lines in varied languages. How would a therapist know whom he was analyzing? “I” don’t matter in a poem. The poem matters by itself. Or so I hope. :)
