You have to hit the point in life where platinum blondes with big incomes don’t matter anymore before meaningful conversations can occur. Most men (I have no hard data), see women, no matter how interesting or intelligent, as potential sexual partners (or playthings). If that is true, why bother with talk. I imagine this is also why so few men and women are friends in any real sense. Until that sexual tension goes away, friend is hard to achieve. I’m sure there is a female explanation for this, but I don’t know it. I think I just mansplained. Oops!
